Open Enrollment will be held
November 1 through November 30, 2007

For new or continued participation in the Flexible Spending Account for 2008, you must complete the enrollment process online through Employee Link. Flexible Spending Account benefits become effective January 1, 2008.

During Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Open Enrollment you may:

• Enroll for FSA benefits for the first time
• Enroll for continued FSA participation for the 2008 plan year
