Action Required to Participate in 12-month Pay Schedule
Employees on academic year appointments have the option of receiving their pay
over a 12-month period beginning with their second academic year of employment
at the University. The change in the number of pay periods for academic year
employees from 22 to 20 prompts the need to enroll or re-enroll for this option.
If you have eligible employees in your department who want to begin receiving
pay over a 12-month period, please ask them to complete an enrollment form and
return it to Human Resources, University Service Building, P.O. Box 210158,
Tucson, AZ 85721 by May 25, 2007. The enrollment form can be accessed from
the
Human Resources website
Selected payment options remain in effect unless employees initiate a change. Changes are only possible during the enrollment period.
